| The 44th ChooChoo H3 hash took place on 3/12/2006.
Partly cloudy, muggy, 75 degrees. Attendees: Cum On Down, Luv Bug 69, Sticky Banana,
ReRun McNally & Thunder Pony. Hares were Captain Fro Ranger and Shiggy
Mama. Prize to hasher finding a sweet wire-rim hub cap Fro found while scouting the
trail. Hashers met a couple hundred feet up Lookout mountain and Fro let the pack believe the trail was headed up. Ever the merciful hare, Fro took the pack down into St. Elmo through alleys and ditches past the so-called "Worlds Most Amazing Mile" (the Incline). The pack was led to an abandoned 150 year old church for beer check and optional prayer. Sticky Banana was overheard to pray for a 24oz 8ball, a spiffy pig refrigerator magnet, and an "I eat pussy" T-shirt. This did not make sense to the other hashers at the time. 2nd half led the hashers through woods and up to elevated RR track. Two trains forced Fro to ad-lib and the pack was led through rough shiggy to a regroup at the Krystal on South Broad. Fro then lured the hashers into a gnarly culvert containing hepatitis critters big enough to see with the naked eye. The trail wound around some projects where ReRun found several discarded CD's and some sneakers. Hashers reached the end o' the trail shortly thereafter for sign-in and beer partakerage. Someone found the hub cap Fro had spied, but somehow Sticky Banana, found one too. Therefore, he had to share the prize of a 24oz 8ball, a spiffy pig refrigerator magnet, and an "I eat pussy" T-shirt. Weird! Other business: ChooChoo H3 decided to adopt an every-other-week schedule with the Hare choosing Fri, Sat or Sun. Sticky Banana will hare the weekend of March 25, Cum On Down has committed to the weekend of April 8. Also, t-shirt slogans due at next hash. Until next time, On-on! Hashometer tally: 5917 steps. |
